DESIGN ELEMENTS OF LOTUS LOGO
Shape and Color of the Lotus Logo:
One of the most memorable cars logos in history, the Lotus logo is derivative of the initials of its founder, Anthony Colin Bruce Chapman, contained in a triangular lozenge pattern against a green background, which itself lies inside a yellow circle.
The yellow color in the Lotus logo represents sun while the other color is deep, rich British racing green. All Lotus cars were painted British racing green with yellow particularization. With the advent of corporate sponsorships, the sports cars started featuring rolling billboards.
